Defectives 100% Replacement Policy
DHD will be 100% responsible to replace all defective products for 30 days. DHD will cover all shipping charges related to replacing the defective items. (Please see exceptions below). A full refund maybe elected by the customer. However, in the case of a refund, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, but return shipping will be at DHD’s expense.

Exception to DHD defective replacement policy- DHD does not cover defective First party hardware or software from companies such as Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft. Please contact the hardware manufacturers directly to obtain replacement parts, as this is a relatively easy process.

14 Days Return & Refund Policy (Non-Defective)
For reason other than product defectives, the following rule for return or refund will apply.

  1. The item must in new, unused, unopened condition to received full product refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply for any opened or used products.
  2. There will be no Return or Refund for First Party Hardware or Software from companies such as Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft.
  3. Shipping Charges will not be covered under the Non-Defective return & refund policy.

Please obtain RMA# & return instruction from our customer service representative at support@drhotdeal.com or call us at 1-408-416-3326. please clearly mark the RMA# on the return package. Please also enclose a brief note of why you are returning this product, so we can improve our product & services in the future.
